Delete your account
You can delete your Playmatch account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, photos, answers, game history, hearts balance and chats. It cannot be undone.
In the app
Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your data is removed within 30 days; purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.
By email
Write to support@playmatchusa.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
