Common questions

I didn't get my sign-up code. Check your spam folder; the email comes from Playmatch <no-reply@playmatchusa.com>. In the app, tap "Send a new code".

How do reveals work? Both players must say yes. If either says "not yet", nothing is shown and the offer comes back after your next game together.

What are hearts? A heart lets you keep a game going after your two free misses. Hearts never expire and are not refundable once used.

Someone behaved badly. Use Report in the game window or chat. We review every report; confirmed violations lead to a ban. You will not be matched with that person again.
